Key Learning Responsibilities Include:

• ​Animal Care and Welfare:Students learn about the daily care, behavior, and needs of various farmed animals, gaining practical skills in humane animal handling, nutrition, and healthcare.
• Nonprofit Operations and Management: Interns gain insights into the inner workings of a nonprofit organization, including fundraising, event planning, volunteer coordination, and community outreach
• Advocacy and Education: Students develop communication and advocacy skills by participating in educational programs, social media campaigns, and public engagement efforts aimed at raising awareness about animal welfare issues.
